Majestic Security Return and Refund Policy

Customers are required to carefully read and understand the terms of our Return and Refund Policy. If you do not agree with the terms outlined in this policy, we advise you not to accept the Terms of Use and discontinue using Majestic Security. By initiating a request for the purchase of any Product(s) on Majestic Security, you agree to be bound by the unmodified terms contained in this Return and Refund Policy.

Order Cancellation and Modification:

Orders can only be canceled within a few hours of being placed. Once an order is placed, it immediately proceeds to our warehouse for fulfillment and cannot be changed. Additionally, any promotional or discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been placed, nor can their effects be accounted for.

Return Procedure:

Majestic Security offers hassle-free returns. You may return any unopened item in its original packaging within 7 days of shipment receipt for a full refund (less courier/shipping charges). However, if the product shows any damages or scratches, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the refund. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our product(s), please return the material to us, and upon receipt and quality check, we will issue a full refund (less courier/shipping charges).

To return a product, follow these steps:

  1. Email us the reason for the return, and we will provide you with an Order number and the return address.
  2. Place the item securely in a box, including the Order number and original invoice.
  3. Ship the product back to the provided address.
  4. Upon receiving the returned item, we will refund the full cost (less courier charges & deductions if any).

Please note that this return policy does not apply to custom printed orders, as they are non-returnable. Do not return the product to the courier person who delivered the order. An Order number is mandatory to process returns, which can be generated by sending us an email. To ensure smooth processing, our logistics partners are instructed not to accept a package as a return during delivery.

Damaged Item Returns:

Although we take utmost care in packaging our products for safe transportation, if you receive a damaged item from Majestic Security, follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at support+918560065555within 4 hours of material receipt.
  2. Provide multiple photographs of the unopened package, clearly illustrating the damage.
  3. We will initiate a transit damage claim with the logistics partner, if applicable.
  4. Once the claim is approved and the material is received back, replacements will be sent to you.

Refund Timeline and Mode:

Approved refunds are credited within 7-10 working days to the same payment option(s) originally used to place the order. Please note that post-installation returns are not possible.
